We begin at the Eshaness Lighthouse and follow the wildly beautiful coastline to the Grind o’ da Navir, where the sea has carved out a natural amphitheatre and thrown large boulders inland. On the return leg, we divert inland to visit the Holes of Scraada, where the roof of a large sea-cave collapsed, and the Broch of Houlland. Fulmars can be seen soaring along the clifftops and in early summer, the ground is carpeted with sea pinks and other wildflowers. 2-3 hrs, easy to moderate.
